Stefan Peirson brings a proven and successful track record in the luxury real estate market. In 2003, Stefan founded Blink Real Estate, a resort real estate sales, and marketing advisory firm based out of Aspen, Colorado. Stefan focuses on the interface with ownership on both short-term and long-range strategic direction as well as tactical development, research, and consulting programs. He has experienced a high level of success on speed to market and speed out of market strategies. Understanding that a team is only as good as its chemistry, he takes extreme care in selecting his pre-development, sales and marketing teams.

Formerly he held the Vice President of Real Estate position for The Villa Group at Danzante Bay in Loreto, B.C.S. Mexico where he advised the developers on every aspect of their initial offering. In 2001, he managed over $55 million in fractional sales at the Auberge Residences at Esperanza – Private Residence Club. Following the formation of Blink in 2003, Stefan became an integral part of the development team for The Residences at The Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado. As Director of Sales he managed over $310 million in hard contract pre-sales for approximately 90% of sell out in three years placing his stamp on the luxury market forever. In 2008, he assisted Legacy Properties launch Diamante and most recently, successfully led the launch as Director of Sales and Marketing of The Auberge Resort and Residences at Chileno Bay with $36 million in sales in the first 5 months.

Still active as a PGA Member, he started his career as a golf- professional and was the Director of Golf Instruction at Roaring Fork Club, Basalt, CO. He is father to one son and is married and living in Basalt, Colorado.

PORTFOLIO

Diamante, Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S. Mexico

Located just northwest of Cabo San Lucas, this 2,000-acre project started up in the worst real estate market in the last 50 years; 2008. We were responsible for establishing the foundation that would later become an extremely successful project. The Davis Love design Ocean Course is one of the best in Mexico and has since become a destination that every travel golfer must see. Our objective in 2008/09 was to establish some momentum and in this particular case, we recommended a fractional offering in order to meet the depleted market and timid consumer with lower pricing which ultimately would bring us more new Owners. The strategy worked very well and ultimately established and secured long-term real estate momentum.

Auberge Resorts Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S. Mexico

Auberge Resorts partnered again with SV Capital 13 years after Esperanza to develop their first ever lifestyle branded residential resort. After the recession, it made a great deal of sense to offer a more casual and approachable type of resort to meet the demands of the “millennia real estate buyer” without sacrificing quality or services. Blink was tasked to bring the offering to market just a few months after Hurricane Odile. We consulted with every aspect of the project including marketing partners, architects, interior designers, construction, and built a sales team by locating the best local sales people who met the needs of the lifestyle brand and contemporary villa product. Blink was responsible for selling $36 million in the first 5 months of the offering.

Why Blink

Malcolm Gladwell wrote a book named Blink, which inspired me. It suggests human beings first intuition is often the correct one. Gladwell demonstrated that the greatest decision makers are not those who are able to process the most information or deliberate the longest, but those who are able to filter a few critical factors amongst what often times can be an alarming number of variables.
